E-shop Summer Closure FAQ

If our stores remain open all summer (except August 15), the Fleux web teams are taking a few days off in the sun from July 29 to August 18 inclusive .

If you want to order from our e-shop and take your purchases in your suitcase, you have until Wednesday, August 24 in the evening to buy our products in stock .
After this date , you can order on the site with complete peace of mind! You will be delivered from August 19th when you return from vacation.

Without further ado, we answer your questions in a short FAQ!

I would like to place an order on the site during the summer closure, when will I be delivered?

As soon as we return on Monday, August 19, our teams will prepare your purchases and deliver them to you as quickly as possible!
Orders for items in stock will be shipped or made available to you in store within 3 to 5 business days from the reopening date. Additional delays will therefore be expected compared to our usual lead times.
Items available for pre-order will experience an additional delay compared to our online delivery time. This will take an additional three weeks from the summer closing date. For example, a product ordered on August 7th with a delivery time of 2 weeks will be shipped from September 4th.

I ordered an item in stock with in-store pickup delivery, when will I receive my order?

Click & collect deliveries are suspended during our summer closure. Our teams will prepare your orders and make them available in our store at 39 rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie from Monday 19 August, within 3 to 5 days. We will notify you by email so that you can come and collect it.
Orders placed before July 26 will be available for collection in store all summer, during our opening hours, upon presentation of your availability email.

I received an item that doesn't suit me during the summer closure. How can I return it?

If it is a damaged item, you can send us a photo of the product to serviceclient@fleux.com. Your after-sales service request will be processed as soon as our team returns.

If it is a request for withdrawal, you can send us your request to the address serviceclient@fleux.com. The date of sending your email will be taken as proof of the return deadlines specified in our General Terms and Conditions. Your return request will be processed upon our team's return. As a reminder, all products sold benefit from the "satisfied or refunded" clause for 30 days from the delivery date in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, article L 121-21, provided that the product has not suffered any damage and is in its original packaging.

I am a professional and I would like to place an order via the professional service, when can I use your services?

The professional service will be open from Monday, August 19. Requests will be processed as soon as possible during the week.

Please note that the reimbursement period may be extended in exceptional circumstances.
